This policy explains how ELVT Fitness FZC LLC ("ELVT Fitness", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit elvtfitness.ae, fill in one of our forms, respond to our ads on Instagram or Facebook, or message us.

Who we are

ELVT Fitness FZC LLC is a fitness coaching business licensed in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, offering Personal Training, Hybrid Coaching and Online Coaching. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect

• Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
• Your answers: information you give us in our forms, such as where you live, your goals, your budget and when you would like to start.
• Messages: anything you send us by Instagram, WhatsApp or email.
• Website usage: basic, anonymised information about how you use our website, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

How we collect it

• Lead forms on Instagram and Facebook (Meta). When you submit one, Meta shares your answers with us.
• Forms on elvtfitness.ae, including our consultation form and macro calculator.
• Direct messages and conversations with our coaches.

How we use it

• To contact you about the coaching you enquired about and book a consultation.
• To check whether our coaching is the right fit for you.
• To deliver and manage your coaching if you become a client.
• To send you useful emails about training, nutrition and our services. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand and improve our website and ads.

We never sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the service providers that help us run ELVT Fitness, and only as needed for the purposes above:

• Meta (Instagram and Facebook) for ads and lead forms
• Netlify for our website and website forms
• Mailchimp for email
• Google for website analytics

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you enquire but do not become a client, we keep your details for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as you train with us and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. Just message us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.

Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and only give access to the coaches who need it.
