Terms for the ELVT Personalised Nutrition Guide

1. What the guide is

The ELVT Personalised Nutrition Guide is a digital guide built automatically from the information you enter on our calculator and questionnaire. It includes your calorie and macro targets, a sample meal plan, app set up instructions, habit tracking and general lifestyle tips.

2. Our professional scope

ELVT coaches are certified personal trainers and Precision Nutrition Level 1 nutrition coaches. The guide provides general nutrition education and guidance for healthy adults. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, medical nutrition therapy or a medical diet, and it does not replace advice from your doctor or a registered dietitian. The meal plan is a sample showing how your targets can look in real meals. Food values are averages and vary by brand.

3. Who the guide is for

The guide is for adults aged 18 or over who are in good general health. Please speak to your doctor before using it, and only use it with their approval, if any of the following apply to you:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You have a medical condition that needs a special diet, for example diabetes, kidney disease or a heart condition
• You take medication that affects appetite, weight or blood sugar
• You have a current or past eating disorder

Stop following the guide and seek medical advice if you feel unwell. You are responsible for checking food labels for allergens.

4. Payment and refunds

The guide is a one off payment, processed securely by our payment provider. Because it is personalised and delivered instantly, all sales are final once your guide has been built.

If something goes wrong on our side, for example you were charged twice or your guide did not build, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

5. Your copy of the guide

Your guide is built in your browser on the device you used. Please save it as a PDF straight away. If you lose it, contact us and we will help you rebuild it. The guide is for your personal use only and may not be shared, resold or published.

6. Your information

To build and deliver your guide we collect your name, email, the numbers from the calculator, your questionnaire answers and a record that you agreed to these terms, with the date and time. We store this securely with our website and email providers and use it to provide your guide, support you, and tell you about ELVT coaching. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and ask us to delete your information by contacting us.
